The Beat Goes On!
The Beat Goes On is our annual fundraiser that supports Southlake's Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Program. Proceeds help us transform lives each year. Join us on Thursday, May 9th from 5 to 6:30 pm at the Magna Community Center to celebrate and show your support! Register as an individual or create a team with your friends and family. Whether you or a loved one have participated in our program, we are so grateful for your support! We look forward to seeing you there!
