Following a heart attack on January 7th, 2024, I was treated at Southlake with two stents to re-open arterial blockages.
Following the procedure and my recovery, I had the good fortune to be a participant the Cardiovascular Prevention and Rehabilitation Program. The people and the program helped are outstanding! They provide the tools and motivation to improve our cardiac health.
