Cardiac rehab programs are critical for individuals who have experienced heart conditions, helping them regain their strength, improve their health, and reduce the risk of further complications. These programs not only provide medical care, but also emotional support and education, empowering patients to live healthier lives.

Our own family has been touched directly by Southlake's own Cardiology program, unit and surgeons. They hold a close place to our hearts (no pun intended!) 

We are raising funds to ensure that more individuals have access to life-saving cardiac rehabilitation. Every donation, no matter the size, will directly support patients in their recovery journey, helping them get the care they need to reclaim their health and independence.
