You have demonstrated your commitment to supporting our local hospital by showing up for the event and raising funds for the purchase of medical equipment, ensuring the hospital has the tools they need to continue to provide exceptional medical care.

Following is some important event information

Race Kit Pick Up Information:
Your race kit, valued at over $50, includes a chip-embedded race bib, made-in-Canada snacks generously provided by Nature’s Emporium, as well as a postcard with important event day information. If you have raised $100* or more, your Nature's Emporium Run for Southlake performance t-shirt will also be included in your kit.

Pick up your race kit at Nature's Emporium, 16555 Yonge St., Newmarket, on Friday, April 25, from 4:00 PM to 7:30 PM or Saturday, April 26, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM. 

Remember, only registered participants can pick up kits, but you are welcome to pick up kits for your colleagues, family, and friends who have also registered.

Location, Parking, and Road Closures:
The start and finish line of the race are located at the Newmarket Senior's Meeting Place, 474 Davis Drive, Newmarket. View your race route here.

There is no on-site parking at the Seniors Meeting Place. FREE parking is available across the street at the Tannery Mall, 465 Davis Drive, Newmarket. Please note that entry and exit to the parking lot closes at 7:45 AM and reopens at approximately 10:30 AM. There will be a full road closure on Davis Drive East and Westbound from Parkside Drive to Leslie Street from 7:30 AM to 11:00 AM.

Event Day Activities:
There will be lots of activities on-site for families, including live entertainment after the race, face painting, coffee from Crank Coffee, a silent auction (Start Bidding Here), and a BBQ provided by Harvey’s. Don’t forget to keep your debit or credit cards with you to participate in these activities. All proceeds support Southlake.

Weather:
Rain or shine (hopefully shine), the event goes on. Please dress appropriately. There are washrooms, but there are no lockers or change rooms on-site.
