Help me raise funds for Southlake Hospital!
As you may know, my father-in-law is currently receiving cancer treatment at Southlake for his stage 4 non-small cell lung cancer. Our family has seen firsthand how incredible the doctors, nurses, and staff have been in supporting us during this time. So on April 26th, I'm running 5km for him, and everyone else who has had, or will have, treatment at Southlake.
Did you know that Southlake is home to the Stronach Regional Cancer Centre, which serves patients across York Region, North York and South Simcoe County? Southlake's oncology experts provide excellent, closer to home care in their state-of-the-art treatment facility. They co-lead shared-care cancer programs with renowned partners such as Princess Margaret Cancer Centre and SickKids Hospital.
All donations help fund vital equipment and technology that aren’t covered by government funding but are essential for providing the best care possible for our community.
