My Ride for Mental Health
On September 21st, I’ll be participating in the NewRoads LakeRide – cycling 128km to raise funds for the Southlake Foundation’s Mental Health Program in Newmarket, Ontario.
This ride is especially meaningful to me because it will be the 10th and final LakeRide event for the Southlake Hospital.
Why I Ride
Mental health impacts us all, whether directly or through loved ones. Southlake’s mental health program provides vital services and support to those who need it most in our community. By riding, I hope to do my part in ensuring these resources continue to grow and help as many people as possible.
My Goal
Last year, with your incredible support, I raised over $500. This year, I’ve set a new goal: to raise at least $600. Every dollar raised will go directly toward supporting mental health care at Southlake.
How You Can Help
Your support means the world—whether that’s through making a donation or helping me spread the word.
Donate – Every contribution, big or small, makes an impact.
Share – If you can’t donate, simply sharing this page with your friends and family is a powerful (and free!) way to help.
Thank You
I’m grateful for your encouragement and support. Knowing I have this community behind me will keep me motivated all 128km! Together, we can make a real difference in mental health care.
