On September 21st, I’ll be hitting the road for the 2025 NewRoads LakeRide—a cycling event that’s about much more than distance. I’m riding to support mental health care in our community, and every kilometer I pedal is for a cause that truly matters.
All funds raised go directly to Southlake Regional Health Centre’s Mental Health Program, helping provide critical resources, spaces, and care for patients and families when they need it most. This ride isn’t just about the finish line—it’s about creating real change for real people right here in York Region.
