Dear Friends and Colleagues,
On Saturday, September 20 at 11:00 a.m. at Upper Canada Mall, I will proudly take part in the Be A Hero Head Shave in support of pediatric oncology at Southlake Regional Health Centre.
This year’s Child Ambassador is Alice—a brave 7-year-old heading into Grade 2 and a cancer survivor of Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Throughout her journey, Alice received outstanding care and support at Southlake’s POGO Clinic, where children and families can access world-class cancer treatment close to home.
The POGO Clinic ensures that children like Alice don’t have to travel far during the most difficult times—they can get the lifesaving treatment they need right here in our community.
Every donation makes a difference. Together, we can bring hope, strength, and healing to children like Alice.
Thank you for your generosity and for being a hero for the kids who need it most.
With gratitude,
Chief Jeremy Watts
