As many of you know I have been supporting Polo for Heart for a few years now on the committee and with day of support. If you aren't able to attend the events a donation to my fundraising page would be much appreciated!
Polo For Heart raises money for The Southlake Regional Health Centre Foundation. Proceeds go to help fund life saving research and treatment for heart disease and stroke. Receipts will be issued by the charity for any donations made over $25.
